Refund policy
- As nothing is worth it if you are not happy, we are delighted to offer an exchange or refund for any unwanted item returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer care team at support@ponyrevolution.com within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you!
- Please be aware that under hygiene regulations we cannot offer an exchange or refund on unwanted items unless they are unopened, unused and in perfect re-saleable condition with packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email notifying you of your refund being processed. Please note that funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account
- We regret that we do not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure you retain proof of postage for your return as any item returned to us is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We therefore advise that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
- We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address or a temporary address from which you are no longer able to receive parcels and you will not be eligible for a refund in this scenario
