PonyStep 1 - Separate your hair so that you have the top half of your ponytail in your hand, with the front section starting just above each ear and following up to the crown of the head

PonyStep 2 - Place your PonySecret® so that the flat end is flat against your head, just underneath the hair you are holding, and in the centre of where your ponytail will be sitting on your head

PonyStep 3 - Add the lower section of your hair to your ponytail, keeping the PonySecret® flat against your head and in the centre of the two sections of hair

PonyStep 4 - Tie your ponytail with a hair tie and fasten it. Adjust your ponytail as required so that you achieve the look you are going for!

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any unwanted item returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please be aware that under hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund/exchange on unwanted items unless they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all hygiene tamper-resistant seals and packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email notifying you of your refund being processed. Please note that funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. We regret that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Please ensure you retain proof of postage for your return as any item returned to us is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We therefore advise that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address or a temporary address from which you are no longer able to receive parcels and you will not be eligible for a refund in this scenario.
